All orders for decorative radiator covers (hereafter referred to as ‘goods’) are subject to Sentimo’s Terms & Conditions.
Any order may be changed by contacting us at any time before despatch of goods. This does, however, not apply to customised goods. Changes to orders relating to customised goods can only be accepted if it is possible for us to reasonably accommodate your request/s without incurring additional work.
If you change your order, you will be informed in writing of any resulting change in price.
Any order may be cancelled by contacting us at any time before despatch of goods.
If you have paid for your goods already, we will refund your payment within 14 days.
This does, however, not apply to customised goods (unless cancelling under our Terms & Conditions Sub-Clause 12.2.5 due to events outside our control). Order cancellations for customised goods can only be accepted if manufacture/alteration of the goods has not yet commenced. Order cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing.
We may cancel orders at any time prior to despatch of goods under the following circumstances:
If an order is cancelled by us under Sub-Clause 5.5 and the goods have already been paid for under Clause 6, payment will be fully refunded within 14 days.
We will confirm any cancellation made by us in writing.
